Guided Meditation: Cleanse and Relax with the Sky Hook

Follow along with this guided meditation:

• Feed your worries to a flame at the base of your spinal column.
• Imagine a cord coming down from the sky to the top of your head and hooking into the crown of your head. With every breath in, a new wave of light flows down the cord, into the sky hook, and into your body.
• Surrender yourself to this life force moving through you to your soul and to your heart, allowing them to be your guides, to inform you, and to move you.
• Affirm "Today, and every day, I am aware of my breath, I am aware of my life force and soul which express through me, and I allow my heart to direct my movements, thoughts, and actions."
